House GOP Caucus Is Not Too Smart
HELLO readers of NLS!This is NotChapPetersen reporting in.
Well life has been treating me well and while I was vacationing in Hawaii the other day I happened to hear a little secret from an upset Republican Delegate. The House GOP Caucus in all of its infinite wisdom has been talking to various failed 2005 Delegate candidates and is thinking about moving them into neighboring districts to run.
While it would seem best to leave failed candidates in their originial districts the GOP Caucus feels otherwise and has been chatting with failed VCAP Republican candidates getting ready to ask them to move into other district.
This is a time for Democrats in Virginia to rejoice! Republicans have stooped so low that they are now beginning to reuse failed candidates!
Now if only Ben Tribbett will primary Delegate Dave Marsden all of my wishes will have come true!
-Yours always,
NotChapPetersen

NJH is not Brad Davis, but he comes from the blog run by Brad Davis.
Let's all have a discussion about Brad Davis.

NotChapPetersen,
Does this mean that you would have suggested that Herring NOT to move into the 33rd?

Mr. Davis has gone to Waynesboro, VA, where he has accepted a position as a middle school vice principal and is considering a run for the Waynesboro City Council.

NBD: Joke or real?
Posted by: | February 08, 2006 at 11:36 AM
I believe Brad Davis intends to oust multiple politicians in Waynesboro, and out himself.

True. His last day at West Springfield High School was this week, I believe. He is no longer interested in running against Dave Marsden for Delegate.

This is ridiculous. What makes any of you think Davis is capable of running against anyone for anything at all? He hasn't shown the ability to do anything except blow hot air and back out of political races and parties faster than he can enter them. I like reading this blog, but lets focus our time here on candidates with spines and the ability to actually get elected, not on mumbling blowhards with no political opinion at all.

Someone mentioned earlier that Brad Davis "runs a blog". True?
I live in the 41st and was stunned by Davis's entry and exit from the race. I was at a Fairfax County GOP meeting one night where he gave a speech and said he was in "until the end", and weeks later he drops out. I don't see how any potential donors or voters will ever take him seriously as a candidate again.

NJH, you know Brad Davis. You are good friends with him, from what I understand.

Can we get back to talking about the Shocker?
Posted by: Loverboy | February 08, 2006 at 12:42 PM
The shocker is that Brad Davis actually got a job. A real job. Not like that teacher thing he was doing for 10 years.

I did not make the above comment about Brad Davis. Ben can check my IP to verify that.

I heard that Brad Davis will pay all future campaign employees in cans of Diet Pepsi. Is this true?

Not Jack, someone is doing that to you and "A Voter". I will figure out who it is.

Thanks Ben - not your fault but I appreciate the legwork. Just people playing dirty.

Ben,
Were you able to figure out who was doing it?
Posted by: A Voter | February 09, 2006 at 10:44 AM
I keep getting distracted while researching it. I will sit down and figure this out today, promise.

Newsflash: I just heard that Brad Davis is moving back to West Springfield in order to challenge first term Delegate Dave Marsden. I think Marsden is vulnerable, and Davis is just the guy to beat him!
