Will Vehrs is the guest this week on the podcast. I'm listening to it now, very interesting!
Will announces he is finished blogging when he returns to his job. Damn!
Also, this weekend, in conjunction with the 4th District Republican Committee, Bearing Drift became the 1st blog to live-blog a Congressional District Convention.
Outstanding! 4th District GOP Chairman Wayne Ozmore is a regular on the blogs when politics in his area is being discussed. This kind of forward thinking might be one of the reasons why Republicans are so dominant in the 4th CD.
Congrats to JR and team at Bearing Drift.
NLS,
Wow! Thank you very much.
Will is a fantastic human being. His blogging will be sorely missed, but I'm sure he'll still be reading and commenting.
As for yesterday's live-blog, it was amazing. Rep. Forbes may have made news with his stance on the use of the U.S. military.
The link you provided was of the afternoon session, which I posted last evening when I came home. Your readers might also be interested in what the congressman had to say during the live-blog, found at http://www.bearingdrift.com/2006/05/live-blogging-4th-district-convention.html
