Early Returns
Are coming in, but some of this is bullshit. Allen up 327-0 in a precinct in Henrico???
I like the 77-22 Webb in Alexandria, that bodes well if it holds up.
UPDATE: Did Randy Forbes just lose a precinct to the green party candidate????
UPDATE #2- I think the key right now is Virginia Beach.

Ugly trickle so far...

I agree...but I won't jump to conclusions just yet...

Things looked grave for Kaine until NoVa started weighing in.

None of these county numbers are horrible for Webb. Floyd at 10 points is great.
Posted by: Not Larry Sabato | November 07, 2006 at 07:26 PM
One precinct in Alexandria went 77% Webb

Henrico numbers look to have been corrected...
Posted by: Jason | November 07, 2006 at 07:29 PM
The 7th CD results are scewed by early Democratic portions of Henrico
Posted by: | November 07, 2006 at 07:29 PM
What county a swing county?
Posted by: | November 07, 2006 at 07:30 PM
"corrected"

Hey now that it's over...good game and good luck.
Posted by: Kevin | November 07, 2006 at 07:30 PM
Actually, precinct seemed to go 66% Webb when all numbers were in.
Posted by: Jason | November 07, 2006 at 07:30 PM
I think this is going to be a long night...
The 11th district hasn't even started, I'm promising you its gonna be a huge Webb swamp in Northern Virginia
Posted by: Matt | November 07, 2006 at 07:30 PM
Allen is getting a much higher African American percentage than we Democrats want...
Posted by: | November 07, 2006 at 07:31 PM
Obviously Webb wins. Just look at Tradesports.
Posted by: lokiloki | November 07, 2006 at 07:31 PM
Henrico still reads 327-0 on the site I'm using.....
Posted by: Terry | November 07, 2006 at 07:31 PM
what's tradesports say? (still at work)
Posted by: | November 07, 2006 at 07:32 PM
Ted Strickland beats the uber nut Ken blackwell.

732pm - VASBE site has the race practically TIED with 4.91% reporting, Allen 41806 (49.47%) to Webb 41,669 (49.31%)
Posted by: Jason | November 07, 2006 at 07:32 PM
Yeah, lookin good. No FFX results, but at 49% on SBE.
Posted by: | November 07, 2006 at 07:33 PM
I just saw on MSNBC: Allen 59, Webb 41.
Typo?
Posted by: finnegan | November 07, 2006 at 07:33 PM
A lot of FFX precincts are having big Webb wins, but margins smaller than Kaine so far...
Posted by: Not Larry Sabato | November 07, 2006 at 07:33 PM
tradesports last trade was 70% for Webb
Posted by: lokiloki | November 07, 2006 at 07:33 PM
Terry, when you go to precinct detail it has a lot more votes tallied and one district with 327 Allen votes but a LOT more for Webb
I'm liveblogging at http://jsnotes.blogspot.com by the way
Posted by: Jason | November 07, 2006 at 07:33 PM
CNN has Allen 59-51 as well.
Posted by: Jason | November 07, 2006 at 07:34 PM
Thats from Central FFX, the turnout in eastern FFX is higher than Kaine also, and more Dem, so maybe the margins will increase there
