ALLEN PULLING GREAT NUMBERS DOWNSTATE TO OFFSET.
UPDATE: Corey Stewart is rumored to be ahead, although I can't confirm yet.
UPDATE #2- THERE IS ALMOST NO CROSSOVER IN THE 2ND CD. Narrow edge to Allen/Drake right now in the 2nd.

Is is true that Richmond and NoVa aren't reporting as fast? Just curious about what it would mean for this number?

NO. Richmond and Nova are reporting faster than average.
phriendlyjaime the AA areas have not looked good. Percentages in Richmond should be overwhelming...
