Too Conservative has more details.
This is a major loss for the GOP- Eric Lundberg had been all that held local Republicans together.

I don't think it is- unless Vince really got me. Plus, his thing is dated for March 31st.

It is very much real. The resignation was official.

The Chairman will be sorely missed, but congrats to him, his new family, and his new life.

He resigned at his wedding,or as a result of his wedding?

Isnt resigning as Chairman of your party at your wedding a tad bizarre?

Yes, it is bizarre not to mention tacky.

Is his divorce from his first wife even final?
I was at a GOP function with him two weeks ago and there was no mention of a girlfriend.
If there was a wedding, I highly doubt it was Eric's.
There is no mention of any action on the Fairfax GOP homepage. No mention in the Post. I am disinclined to believe this is real until I hear from Eric or the Party.

Turns out, it's all true.
In fact, he married the ex-wife of a former political ally.
Weird.
