NLS, this is news to you? Why do you think he left the Administration? It was amazing that he was an intelligence director at DHS after this news came out. It was also discovered that he purposely omitted ties during his background investigation.

I have been looking a lot into all of this Faisal Gill stuff. I want to say that Faisal made a good point in his Mason Conservative interview. If he did omit ties during his investigation, then why are they on his ethics forms?

He didn't leave anything off his forms, it wasn't his "employer", they didn't have "terrorist ties", and he wasn't pushed out of his job.

Other than that, I guess there's nothing truthful about this.

None of these "what did he know and when did he know it?" issues matter. The fact of the matter is that he is a flawed candidate who IS the issue and the election has become a referendum on how much of Gill's baggage should be stomached just for a GOP caucus vote (but useless to his contituents in every other way. What a trip....all this crap in what should have been a winnable seat (hold) for the GOP. A clear majority of the GOP in PWC now would just like to see him lose so he will no longer be a cancer on the party. In 2009, we can try again with a candidate who might compete for the nomination that is not rigged, then have a shot at Nichols in his 1st re-elect.

The GOP and the Dems are clearly corrupt. I vote for no more parties or are we doomed to continually corrupt legislators without the balls to make tough decisions? Why do the GOP talk tough about cutting programs but never do? Cut programs, save $. Never happens. Dems will never admit that much of their constituency depend on them for needless programs that don't garner much other than votes. Tax people more for the good of the people. The government needs 12 administrators for a project that can be handled by one. Hypocrisy spread out all over our system.

I fanyone isn't familiar with all of Gill's gaffes, go back through the BVBL archives. Even discounting all of his links to radical Islamists, he is a horrendous candidate with a pitiful track record in party activities.

James, I attack "Republicans" who I think are an embarassment to the great legacy of the GOP. Gill is a terrible candidate who has alienated a large proportion of PWC Republicans. Don't blame me for that. Speaking of bad Republicans, dems4dems, Delgaudio is the worst of the worst. Unfortunately the Loudoun County Democratic Committee is even worse off the the LCRC, and most people are betting that Mr. ED will be back. That's truly frightening.
