What the heck?

Maybe they were suggesting reading it for the articles. I mean, check out that hard-hitting Iraq War article.

Please see anything by Jon Stewart. ODBA, or NAMBLA is a group....
Anyway, if you don't know the internet. Like if you don't know what a template website is, maybe you shouldn't swim in the deep end.
Anyway, I want to talk about the idiot on vivian page comparing david robinson to michael vick. Post coming up.
Posted by: Doug | August 20, 2007 at 11:48 PM
ok, some idiot said this:
2. HMR - August 20, 2007
David Robinson missed two seasons (granted, at the beginning of his career) for the Navy. Vick could play again.
Yes, it might be in the CFL.
Posted by: Doug | August 20, 2007 at 11:49 PM
And I responded: (oh, and last time in vegas- Jaime has pictures - I ran into Pete Rose)
HMR- You should not mention David Robinson in the same sentance or comparison with Michael Vick. There is no comparison at all. Roger Staubuck, to take us back, completed his full 5 year commitment to the Navy, then played a full and wonderful career (and I am a life long Redskin fan, so praising Roger is no easy feat). Put that aside, with Dave, he was a wonderful player, and we all knew he could do his duty and head to professional sports with no problems. How, in any way, is that related to doing prison time for horrible crimes? Good lord. It just boggles the mind that you could even suggest the connection. Was Napoleum McCallum anything like vick!? Hell no!
And I’m a huge Vick fan from Tech. And I am so utterly dissapointed in Michael. I’m also dissapointed in Marcus. But both of those brothers cannot hold a candle to Dave Robinson, or Napolean, or Roger (who did I forget?). May Vick end his days in arena football (apologies to fans of that sport) or in Vegas grubbing for autographs like pete rose.

Hey Doug.....LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!

Geez, Dough, you need some serious spelling lessons. Maybe NLS can help.
Posted by: | August 21, 2007 at 08:54 AM
Don't be so hard on Doug. His Virginia Tech English degree can only carry him but so far.
Posted by: | August 21, 2007 at 09:16 AM
Maybe if Michael Vick or anyone in his family had spent some time in the Navy they wouldn't be the colossal mess that they all are today.

"It is a poor man who cannot think of at least two ways of spelling any word"
- Andrew Jackson
And it's a GMU English degree. I mainly spell poorly when I'm being lazy, as I was last night.

9:25, his dad served in the US Army. I don't think it's right to say that Vick's actions are indicative of any group's behavior, nor do I think it's right to rationalize or simplify the matter with quick fixes or easy cures. The fact is that he choose to do something reprehensible and it is tragically disappointing that he did so because he has wasted all of his potential trying to be popular with stupid, bad people.
Pacman Jones is going to be playing football again before Michael Vick. I think that one sentences summarizes how far the man has fallen.

"he has wasted all of his potential trying to be popular with stupid, bad people."
This is the life story of the Vick family. They have been trouble for a long time.
And when I wrote of serving in the military, I meant the kids. Dad spending time in the Army is meaningless. The kids and cousins et. al. in that family are thugs.

There are lots of people (many who post here) who, if given $14 million/year would round up their stupid buds and do expensive, stupid, vile, nasty stuff all day long. But that won't happen because not one has a fraction of the god-given talent that Mike Vick has.

Ben, if you're so outraged, why did you send the link to DWJ to be posted? Where did you get it from to forward it?
Posted by: | August 21, 2007 at 01:31 PM
Yes, Ben. Since Greg B. has stated that you were the one who sent this info to Whackette in the first place, where did YOU come across this?
Posted by: | August 21, 2007 at 06:21 PM
Ben's "friends" are rolling on him faster than a Michael Vick codefendant.
Posted by: | August 21, 2007 at 06:25 PM
I love the mouth breathers that take Ben's feigned outrage seriously.
"But..you said you were outraged..why link? I confused."

Blog owners shouldn't even talk to each other.....it's too High School all the time.
Posted by: | August 22, 2007 at 10:28 AM
Who was your source, Ben?
Posted by: Jason | August 22, 2007 at 06:27 PM
dumbass
Posted by: Mad Hatter | August 23, 2007 at 01:03 AM
Hmmm....
Looks like DWJ "outed" Ben's best buddy Joe Stanley as the culprit.

Posted by: | August 23, 2007 at 09:09 AM
Looks like Joe is admitting he is the culprit

So again Joe feeds Ben crap to spread on the web. Kudos.

NLS - You have truly managed to shock me and I've pretty much seen it all. You and your friends have made a mockery of the suffering of thousands of little boys who have been brutalized, raped and tortured by NAMBLA types. It is unbelievably disgusting what you have done. Remember the song "Hell Is For Children"? Lowlifes like yourself help make it so.
