Bull: Point well taken. Although I have cause to suspect that the emails posted are limited to the specific issue of the move and that they represent only the tip of the iceburg here. Who holds the "cards" and is more to come?

TO “CR” I personally do not know Kim Hamilton, I do know that Rick Savage who was the former executive Director, has violated several laws, so is that why he destroyed his state computer? Shredded his personal file, to cover the illegals that his boss Stolle committed? Maybe the FBI and State Police should look into the laws that were broken by Savage and Stolle? Is Dave Albo next? Oh yea, Dave Albo’s days are numbered, as he is going to loose his seat in the next election, then Stolle will be next.

Many document storage systems use the technique of converting everything to .pdf files so that all documents can be stored, and retrieved, the same way. Adobe specifically markets the ability to do that. Some software packages will convert e-mails to .pdf electronically; some do it from scans.

Mystery solved. The spider monkeys collected the information (at taxpayer expense), produced the pdf (at taxpayer expense) and the lead monkey released it at the direction of two senators on the crime commission!

The purpose of the pdf: BLACKMAIL of the house budget conferees to get the crime commission and it's monkeys even MORE taxpayer money. Abolish it and send the monkeys to the unemployment jungle!!

Isn't blackmail of a public official a crime? For everyone but the current director of the CC. Leadership of both chambers and both parties KNOW Towey collected (with help!) the pdf information and released it at Senator "I didn't go to law school" Napoleon and the female Senator from Fairfax. All using state money!!

The three of them are leeches and pimples on the backside of government. Get rid of them and the gestapo they've created in the legislature.

So, #6 and #11 seem very personal and abusive in their comments. Why such venhom? Afraid of a girl? Grow up ...and get over it! May be time for legislative savings.

Although it clearly goes without saying, the Hamilton spin machine is up and running to try to divert attention away from the fact that the posted emails reveal an abuse of power. The emails seem to speak for themselves.

In reaction they have added postings to this site that are clearly intended to distract from the abuse of power at hand and, in many cases, are quite vulgar. The voters of Newport News and James City need to be made aware of the utter lack of class held by the person they have chosen to represent them.

Blackmail? Blackmail would be to threaten to post the emails if the desired action was not taken. Simply posting the emails is not blackmail. Then again, Hamilton's MO is intimidation, not intelligence.

Seems that the last two posting by someone or some people hiding behind the truth. Stolle is an A*hole not to mention his lackey, Rick Savage did some illegal thing themselves. Why did Savage destroy a state paid computer is it because he was hiding the fact he was being paid as the ED while working for the AG’s office the same time? Why is the State Police looking into Savage? Is that why Lackey, Savage can’t get a Judgeship? Maybe the anonymous person(s) need to see beyond the fact laws were broken not my Hamilton but Stolle and his lackey(s).

Maybe its time do away with ALL commissions it would save hundred of thousands of tax dollars. There is so much waste in government at all levels, federal, state and even here in the city of Richmond.

Lets start by eliminating these political plush jobs that do nothing, but pads someone’s pockets with wasted tax dollars. How many times can one study crime either as juveniles or adults or illegal’s for that matter? Time to cut all waste in state government, first get rid of the Crime, Youth commissions they do about the same – nothing! Please post any reports these commissions have produced in the last twelve months. None –check for yourself!

Since when does the Senate Finance Committee need the Crime Commission staff diector to collect salary information on legislative employees it already has. Now CC legislators and staff are doing SFC work. Thought this was a Joint legislative commission???

What do you mean the pdf release isn't blackmail. Any moroon, even the spider monkeys, know that the same taxpayer funded state employees can be directed to do this again. Many now know the path Towey's black book took and they also know the pdf was released before a budget was approved, a bond package approved and judges appointed!! Taxpayer funded legislative employees collected info to blackmail a legislator at the direction of a legislative agency head and 2 state senators. EVERYONE around capital square knows.... if I were a spider monkey I'd brush up on my resume. Get rid of them!
