I see the DNC has issued a press release calling for John McCain to stop advertising on BVBL.
Only problem is the ads were done by Google ads. That's why Barack Obama has also advertised on BVBL- as an advertiser on google ads, you can not control where your ads go.
I wish the DNC people has checked with their technical group before putting out this release. They look awfully foolish.
UPDATE: This is what happens when you put the baseball on a tee for the Republicans: "In view of the fact that the DNC attacked John McCain for running ads on a blog at which we now know Barack Obama and Democratic US Senate candidate Mark Warner have also advertised, the DNC should either apologize for, and withdraw, its ham-handed attack on John McCain or similarly condemn both Obama and Warner."-- RNC spokeswoman Liz Mair"
React first, Research later. Typical.

It's just the way it goes...three years ago Tim kaine was chastised because his campaign had an advert on the website of a md blogger who had photoshopped Michael steele, then MD LtGov, into minstrel show whiteface.
when the GOP wanted Kaine to pull the ad, kaine's folks noted the same technical limitations noted above.
Just the same old, same old...

So, we have clueless people in both political parties who speak before they think.
This is hardly news.

Is BVBL a "hate site" or not?

nope we have clueless people in both parties that actually donate money based on lowest common denominator stuff like this
seriously how many normla people do you know who actually gives money to politicians try charity something that actually makes a difference in this world
we actually have "smart" professional fundraisers who know what buttons to push to make the lemmings react

That's certainly an embarrassment for google that they keep doing that to their customers. I guess it's the way it goes but I would be pissed if I paid good money for a google ad and it ended up on that circus of xenophobia and unresolved "daddy issues" known as BVBL.

I know - don't you find it silly that they say people should not advertise here or there.
Shoot - we'll take their money - right Ben!
