No Union Bug?

I've never been a drum-beater for Byrne, but I must admit that's a great piece. I think the text could have been a bit bigger and a little more eye-grabbing -- without copying NLS's 72 pt font motif ;) -- but all in all, it looks like she got her money's worth.

And the printer applies the union bug in the designated space when it goes to press. This is a pdf proof from the designer and wouldn't come with a bug.
But nice try.

252- Exactly. I was just going to say that.

The desk is missing Gerry's nametag.

Put a pants-suit on that guy and it's Hillary Clinton under the desk.

Anon at 2:49, that's exactly what I was going to say.

how could anyone vote for such an ugly cow like Leslie Byrne?
Posted by: | April 30, 2008 at 05:00 PM
union bug - confirmed sighting.

Are you sure that's not Larry Byrne under the desk? I don't think Gerry would fit.
Of course it could be Ben under Leslie's desk...

Obama could make the same argument Leslie makes in this piece.
Posted by: dems4dem | April 30, 2008 at 09:14 PM
Except that Leslie supports Clinton.

The person who is absolutely awful. Evan Bayh. Supporter of hillary clinton is an absolute complete toad. will never be anything more than a rank and file member of the u.s. senate. what a boring nerd.

Shes on the wrong side of NAFTA and highlighting the abortion issue is also dumb. I guess learning the district is too much to ask.

Leslie actually hasn't endorsed either of the presidential candidates. Larry is working with Hillary, but her son is with Obama.

Although it was right about the time of the Virginia primary, I actually asked Leslie point blank who she was supporting for president during a conversation I had with her. She said that she was "impressed with both of them." While that was probably just a way of saying she hadn't endorsed anyone, I think it illustrates that she might be leaning to a particular person but she thinks both would make a good president.
