Return To Sender
From Jim Gilmore's new fundraising letter:
". . . our need is so great, I would have liked to have enclosed a 'Priority Overnight Return' envelope for you to rush back your gift.
But a 'Priority Overnight Return' envelope is very expensive, and obviously, I must keep as many dollars on hand as possible right now.
So instead, I did the very next best thing I could think of. . . I went ahead and pre-stamped your envelope with first-class postage.
It's not as good as a special delivery envelope."
Wow. Total meltdown.
Who is surprised? The only person who may have given warner a challenge is the other warner...and even then I believe Mark would win.

Can you send him a penny back in his prepaid envelope?

"Thanks Jim! Now all I have to do is cross out the Gilmore for Senate address and write in the one for Warner for Senate. Also, thanks for the budget crisis of the late 1990s. Classic."

t implores EVERYONE who is reading this to help Jim Gilmore as soon as possible.
We must stop Mark Warner's pro-abortion policies.
Please.
Warner must be stopped.

This is a fundamentally sound mailer and strategy. This much is clear. Wait, I've decided this is unsound and may send Gilmore into a Depression. I've suspended his campaign. And his pants. And I've wet myself. A black man just asked me for change and I ran!

John McCain (8:12 PM) win!

I...I can't believe it. No one would ever write that into a fundraising letter. Gail Parker's fundraising letters aren't even that amateurish.

My friends, we must never blink unless there is an undefined threat when everyone is basically doing ok and just a little pissed that gas costs more.. but my friends, the main thing here is that we move the VP debates back to next January to not give succor to terrorists who maybe want to do something like steal Alaska from these United States!

That's almost as bad as McCain all of a sudden giving up on life and conceding that he's afraid to answer tough impartial questions because of economic trouble that has been brewing for weeks. The man is so out of touch he should just drive one of his 57 cars to one of his 34 houses and take a nap.

Post of the year for NLS. Great job, Ben.

John,
It has not been going on for weeks it has been going on for years.
Obama's crooked friends were in the thick of it back in 1999. Barny Frank was still supporting it in 05. All against McCain's attempts to place more regulation on these crooks. The democrats twarted every effort and put our country in the situation we are now faced with.
So Obama continues to run from the problem and McCain still wants to fix the problem.
Bone up on your history fella because the democrats are trying to take advantage of anyone who is ignorant of the real facts. Do not count yourself amongst them.
