When you consider the source of the award is a total boob, this really loses it's credibility.

Right Wing,
Actually, the source of the award is one of the most honest, articulate and insightful pundits in America today. Therefore, the swipe at Frederick has enormous credibility. All point of view, isn't it.

Why do Extremists hate sports announcers!? This was an awesome honor for Virginia. We rarely get this sort of national recognition.

Personally, I think Olbermann is a blowhard, just like Hannity and O'Reilly and Savage and all those other loudmouth asshats. I mean, why do these people get paid millions to do exactly what I'm doing right now on this blog? That being--flinging turds at people and then acting like it's an act of political significance, smirking and sneering the whole time.
Having said that, Jeff Frederick might actually be the second worst person in the world.

Jeff Frederick is an idiot, and so is Olbermann. Not sure which is worse, Olbermann's useless one-note commentaries on American politics or his lack of knowledge of the NFL on NBC's pre-game show.

Jeff Frederick, RPV Chairman-for-Life! Heckuva job Virginia Republicans!
Posted by: Bubby Hussein, Hillbilly Sheikh | December 03, 2008 at 12:08 PM
Too bad that stupid Republican in the 6th district (Sam Rasoul) didn't make it to that top 3.
Posted by: | December 03, 2008 at 01:29 PM
Can someone PLEASE explain the unhealthy obsession some seem to have with a guy who never had a chance to get elected, and then got blown out (Sam Rasoul)?
As for Frederick, I really, really hope he survives the Advance. We need him around as RPV chair if we're going to re-take the House in 2009....

I want a recount! Second worst is not good enough for Virginia.
Posted by: spotter | December 03, 2008 at 05:15 PM
The "Butters episode" was pretty good, though.
I think Jeff Frederick will just have to settle for silver this time! ;-)

Annoy a liberal.
Get a job.
Work hard.
Succeed.
Be happy and fulfilled.
Annoy a liberal.

Know what annoys Republicans? The fact that liberals have jobs, work hard, are successful, and are happy and fulfilled. Hang in there, t!

Pete lives in his moms basement and posts here inbetween games of WoW.
Posted by: | December 04, 2008 at 01:29 PM
It's a really nice basement. And, my Nintendo does not seem to be able to run WoW. Now if you'll excuse me, I must go frolic in my totally dope blanket fort.

Why does t keep chanting the same bumper sticker slogan over and over again?
Is this what t does?
Posted by: | December 04, 2008 at 01:59 PM
Yeah basically...it's sort of like Sam Rasoul.

I hear that he is telling people that the "anti JF " forces don't have enough votes for no confidence at the State Central meeting. While it is excellent psychology to try and convince people that they will be on the losing end of a vote, it is also another example of JF being willing to do or say anything to achieve his personal goals.
The problem with him as a leader as that his personal goals do not always align with the goals of the party. JF will survive this weekend where it takes 75% of those attending to remove him – although there was some talk about how you need 30 days to call that kind of meeting – but he will not have 50% of the committee showing support for him.
Despite what t has to say on the subject, the Republican Party needs strong Conservatives AND strong leaders. JF may be the former, but he is no where near the latter.

Jeff Frederick?
Outstanding job! Bravo! More-More!
But there is one who matches, if not out-does Fredericks razor sharp wit!
Brian Kirwin for RPV Chair.
With Kirwin at the helm, the sky is not the limit, its only the start, of what would be a history making chairmanship! Bravo-Kirwin, more, more!
Only one Republican can put Fredericks performance to shame. Brian Kirwin!
