#4 Virgil Goode gave this speech in 2007 soon after winning re-election. After his protests against Keith Ellison being sworn in on the Koran, this speech helped him earn a national reputation as the biggest bigot in Congress. This speech and the attention it brought Goode's race this year is probably the reason we have a Congressman-Elect Tom Perriello today.
So this speech from 2007 turned out to be one of the most important of 2008!
Praise God for Virgil, for his love of country, for his Christian principles, and for his boldness.
Virgil WILL be back. He is LOVED by his constituents. He is a great man.

This was a wonderful speech by a wonderful Statesman.
Virgil, please run for the Senate seat against Webb.

Eric Cantor will beat Webb, Grapes, not Goode!

Virginia Democrats dream to have Cantor or Goode as the 2012 GOP Senate Nominee.

Cantor? Please, like the party of George Allen would nominate a Jewish senatorial candidate...

We are preparing a petition drive to impeach the four gay-rights activists on the California Supreme Court who seek to overturn Prop. 8.
Those who seek to destroy the traditional marriage covenant, as created and ordained by God, are not fit to sit as judges, and shall be retired, per the will of the people.

Stay tuned.

Who would "we" be, Grapes? Would that be just you and t or is it a larger coalition of lunatics?
While you're at it, could you explain how gay people living in long term monogamous relationships will destroy anyone's marriage. Just how is that supposed to work? Will the sight of happy gay couples suddenly make millions of heterosexuals want to abandon their spouses and start having hot butt sex like you and t? What's the deal? Inquiring minds want to know.
Why do you have such an obsession with gay people? Might you simply mind your own damned business?

Allow me to address your inquiry, my courageous anonymous friend (1:43 P.M.).
We are coordinating a movement of concerned citizens who have had their fill of bigots in black robes who have turned a blind eye to legalized baby killing, who coddle and release violent criminals, and who think that they know better than our Creator who should be bound forever in holy matrimony. Oh, and these "judges" stand ready to strip citizens of their God-given rights to pray and read their Bibles in the public square.
Such jurists have apparently forgotten that, per Romans 13, they are SUPPOSED to be servants of God.
Our aspiration is rather simple - to introduce these judges to the unemployment line.

t,
Judges are supposed to be servants of the Constitution. If you prefer judges who dispense religion from the bench instead of justice there are a number of countries that do it that way, like Iran. Why don't you move there rather than attempt to make America like Iran.
