The GOP was trying to count ballots that were received at the Registrar's Office AFTER 7pm on Election Day, which is ILLEGAL under state election law governing absentee ballots. The party and their lawyers were trying to change what "received" meant, saying "received" was equal to "postmarked". Its the equivalent of a fruitcake interpretation of the law. Herring should have been seated days ago. There was no change in the raw votes of the initial election, which isn't unexpected given that so few votes were actually cast.
I can't wait until the GOP loses the House majority; they are a complete joke.

Murray has already announced he called Delegate Herring to congratulate her, and he is not contesting the result any further.

Grapes, you are a total moonbat. How's that for a name? You had nothing to add to the discussion because you don't even know what's going on.

What happened to the Lupo and Lopez posts?

richohn,
Speaking of “joke”s have you been following the democrat leadership style and accomplishments lately? Apportion as a stimulus, different emission standards in all 50 states (54 for Obama), the Pres. snuggling up to terrorists, hundreds of millions for ACORN, a tax cheat to watch over our money, a terrorist sympathizer as our top legal, throwing counsel, throwing Trillions away on pork (after promising no pork) and suggesting that the money not be given to white workers, .. etc.. etc..
Nobody could have guessed this type of “joke” could be played on the American people, in their most vivid imagination.
You must be very proud of this “change”.
