This isn't a big surprise. That campaign has been in the toilet for a few months, and needed a shake up badly.

Bowerbank has been running for over a year and still is having trouble getting traction. It's good to see him noticing that his staff is the problem and making changes.

Bowerbank's problem is the candidate. He's just not engaging and has little to contribute. There's only 3 months left in the primary season. Time for Bowerbank to withdraw.
