Wow, if it's not a hairpiece, it's a giant combover.

That's not a piece, it's just late in the day and the hairspray has worn off.

We already won. I can't wait until Election Night, Jism. I'll rub your face in defeat. And 2009 will only be a foreshadowing of 2010 and 2012, baby!

Robert. F. McDonnell. Governor of Virginia.

It's not that the hairspray has worn off, it's that it's seeped into his brain. Given his grin, I do have a feeling that former Governor Wilder might endorse him or fail to endorse.
Should that happen, a real leader -- Bobby Scott -- will end the mainstream media's fixation on Wilder on election night.
Posted by: notpaulgoldman | September 24, 2009 at 12:42 AM
I think that Dems would be wise to either assume that Wilder isn't going to endorse Deeds. That way if he does, we'll get to enjoy it. (Yay us!) And if he doesn't (or endorses McDonnell) we'll have already processed the information (Poor us!) and can move on very quickly to the next things we'll need to do.

It's the beginning of a giant comb over. That hairline is receding fast.

What a contrast in what we've seen from Deeds. McDonnell is handing the press in this forthright, genuine, calm, cool, and collected manner. Then we have the total meltdown of Deeds as he comes unglued in the same situation, where he alternates between arrogance and panic in a disingenuous babble over his futile attempt to keep his plan to raise taxes under wraps until after the election.
I'm guessing that's why you'd want everyone to focus on some hair that's out of place at this point.

Smug, baseless assertion #1. Smug, baseless assertion #2. Something about liberals. Governor Robert F. McDonnell. Smug, baseless assertion #3.
Dimwitted kiss-off.

Governor Bob McDonnell said today "I am pleased to announce that the Virginia unemployment rate has plummeted to -20% in the first 2 weeks of my administration, This was in part due to widening Rt 66 inside the beltway to 5000 lanes, Former Alexandria/Arlington residents will no longer be Job users, They're Maryland's problem now."
Governor Deeds stated
"I am so proud to announce that Virginia has hit its target of becoming the state with the highest abortion rate and our environment for business is as hostile as a womb now.

Speaking of hair, is that McDonnell's wife on the right? And is she allowed to cut it?
Posted by: Tom | September 24, 2009 at 11:01 AM
That's no hairpiece. And no one knows hairpieces the way I know them!

A fatass like Ben really shouldn't comment on someone else's looks. Then again, Ben's taste in "men" runs a little closer to the physique of that of "Joey."

Isn't this a silly thing to be talking about? Was I the only one who listened to what the interview was about and noted the highly complimentary words McDonnell said regarding Gov. Wilder? That's the real story. But, I guess the juvenile is more celebrated here on this blog than the substantive.
