Awesome - I guess he's trying to be family friendly!

LI - Bradsher is the non-family friendly individual.
Mayor Peterson is expressing the town of Clifton's frustration that (soon to be former) School Board Member Liz Bradsher has been a screaming, rude, and dismissive elected official. Her personal animus towards Clifton will result in the destruction of one of the best elementary schools in Fairfax County. Bradsher is probably the most disliked politician in Fairfax. She makes Gerry Connolly seem lovable!!!

Bradsher became the "South County Witch" when she pushed South County Middle School ahead of the West Springfield, Oakton, Herndon HS renovations on the capital program.

I hope that Peterson runs against Liz, he is def more qualified (former teacher and mayor) and is respected by the community

That would be awesome if he ran. I was his teacher's assistant at Robinson for two years, both times for first period, and he let me sleep in and come late everyday. Love that guy.

I was a student there...honestly he is one of the most respected teachers there, even after he retired students still talk about him, he gets how things works and can help fix FCPS...we can only hope though

Peterson is right, of course. In stark contrast to Bradsher he's a wonderful person and was a great baseball coach at Robinson. We all learned a ton from that guy, including among us Javier Lopez, who has been making clutch outs pitching for the SF Giants as they continue their march to and through the World Series. Go Rams!

Ben - I don't know if it commends someone's executive leadership experience if they let students privileged to be their aides sleep n and come in late. That isn't really how we want The Boss to treat the employees you know.

Bradsher has turned on her super^itch button.
Monday - whips into principal's spot at community engagement meeting. Glares in back of room at everyone with her arms crossed over chest. Departs a short time later. Short visit.
Tuesday - plays nice at community engagement meetings - until she finds out parents are from Clifton - then stomps away. Even refuses to come and answer one parent/constituent's question just because a Clifton parent was sitting at the table.

SCB Quote of the Day:
"You people in Clifton have made my life hell for the last four months."
>since that's where you're from, you must feel right at home...(ba dum bum)
Quid pro quo's a bitch, ain't it?
But, it takes one to know one...(ba dum bum again - sorry, couldn't resist)

Hello, I am very happy to read your blog. This is another fantastic blog post
what I have read. There are so many tools available that it becomes difficult
to know which will work. And how best to use them.
