didn't we already decide on a previous thread that most of those on the French uranium mining junket would probably vote against lifting the ban?

Let's hear the names of the investors "whose names would be known to the General Assembly." That would help us all evaluate these allegations. It's "put up or shut up" time.

More character assassination from the environmental movement. The reason for inspecting the French uranium mines is because those uranium deposits are found in the same type of granitic rock as the Virginia deposit, and are located in the same type of wet, temperate climate as Virginia. Touring other mining operations in the U.S. or Canada would not have given as accurate a snapshot of what the mining operation in Virginia would look like given dissimilar geology and climate.

Chubber: There hasn't been any Uranium mining in France for over a decade. But I understand that the contaminated tailings lay deliciously close to the Champaign bottles!

Still waiting for the names of those "investors" whose names would be known to the General Assembly. Are there any?
