Let's see... Jason Flanary does texting and phone calls for a living... who could be behind this? I just can't figure it out!

How dare you question Jason Flanary, he's a decorated Marine? Get ready for his surrogates to say this over and over again while their candidate talks out of both sides of his mouth and runs away from his "ethical wrongdoings."

Sounds to me like it might have came from somebody unrelated to the Flanary campaign who has an ax to grind with Marsden.

No matter who is doing this, it is obnoxious and should be stopped...

Of course, any minute now I should expect to receive my nightly robocall from Flanary, this time attacking Marsden for suggesting that Flanary is responsible for the texts. And this is the "business experience" that Flanary thinks qualifies him to be a State Senator?

Guys . . . relax. Flanary knows how to win elections, that's what he told us, right?

Out canvassing today, I talked to a Strong Dem voter who had gotten a robo-call supporting Flanary that didn't mention that he was an R, and gave prominent place to his government (Marine Corps!) service as Bill Clinton's personal trainer while he was president. Apparently a lot of people are getting this call, and it seems it's going to D households only. I guess it's an attempt to make Ds think he's a D, without actually claiming that in so many words.
Whatever the intent, the Marsden campaign should get Bill Clinton to tape a robo-call blaming Flanary's incompetent personal training for the massive myocardial infarction Clinton suffered in 2004. "Flanary, he put me in the Intensive Care Unit, and he'll do the same to the Commonwealth unless you re-elect Dave Marsden".
You heard it here first.
