Never one of my favorites, but he is one of the few people remaining in the Dem caucus who'll be willing to get up and fight (perhaps literally) instead of just sitting in their seats like a lump while the GOP beats up on them.

How does the article reflect on the House Democratic Caucus? The Caucus, itsself, has nothing to do with his efforts to secure reinstatement to the Bar. He was elected by his constituents. If you do not think he should be readmitted to the ppractice of law, your beef is with the Supreme Court of Virginia, not the Democratic Caucus.

Democrats should be ashamed to have him in their caucus. But apparently few are.
Disgraceful.

The story referenced in the main post is about the Supreme Court of Virginia's decision to permit Mr. Morrissey to be reinstated to the Bar on certain terms and the assertion that he has met or exceeded those terms. Whether he has or not is between him, the Bar and the Supreme Court of Virginia. The Democratic Caucus has nothing to do with it and is not mentioned in the news story. Therefore, your comment "Disgraceful" is more properly directed at the Supreme Court. You can ezsily write any justice or the Court's Executive Secretary about this.
