A day behind on this, but looks like DPVA Chair Brian Moran (who has been serving as interim-President of the for profit college scam industry) was passed over for the job permanently.
So will he leave and try to regain some of his dignity or go back to working as the #2 there? Brian is on the road in Chicago today campaigning against new federal legislation to stop these "colleges" from scamming veterans, so it appears he is happy to try to continue to cash in from a slightly less high profile position.
That new legislation has caused the stock for for-profit college to take a big dive. That must have folks over at APSCU worried.

Neat picture. Is that what is meant by keeping someone at arms length?

Brian claimed last night at a SOTU gathering that he was on the Northern Neck recruiting congressional candidates yesterday, the 24th. He also claimed he has a candidate for all 11 seats now.

Brian was on the Northern Neck, Monday, 23 Jan, at a Chinese restaurant in Kilmarnock. Cost $25 each, cash bar. I figured that was too much $$ to see a phony when I can watch Newt on the teevee and get the same result.
As for "recruting Congressional candidates," b*****t. We have a candidate to challenge Rob Wittman -- his name is Adam Cook and he self-selected himself with no help at all from DPVA. In fact, the last time I talked with Adam was a few days ago and he STILL has not heard from DPVA.
Meanwhile, his wife has agreed to support the family, freeing him to campaign full time. He's a very good candidate.

Send him some love $$$.
