Colin Small of Pennsylvania has just been arrested. He is an official Republican Party of Virginia vendor working on "voter registration". More on him as we know it.

UPDATE: Sheriff's office said he was a vendor through Republican Party of Virginia, his linkedin profile says he works for the Republican National Committee.
