GANGBANGER BILL OF RIGHTS SENT BACK TO COMMITTEE

BobMarshallAnother way of putting it:  this bill is likely dead for the year.  By voting to send it to Appropriations, Republicans are admitting a fiscal impact of this bill- making it highly unlikely to come back until that fiscal impact is computed.  With only a short amount of time until crossover- when all House bills must have cleared the House- this bill is gone for the year.
